Office Leasing website (non-residential)

We'd like to build an Office Leasing website (non-residential) for long term. General requirement: 1. database design and development 2. api 3. administrator / agent dashboard to access property inventory 4. frontend website mainly for property search and search result rendering In addition: - user authentication - approval before publish - CRM generating sales lead - email marketing - reports We're looking for a suitable talent and an ideal technical stack combination to make this happen. Technical suggestions are welcome. No Wordpress candidate please.
